Welcome to ePasuyo! By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully, as they outline the rules, obligations, and rights governing your use of ePasuyo’s services.
1. Service Scope
Currently, ePasuyo’s services are limited to the Rinconada Area, which includes the following seven locations: Baao, Balatan, Bato, Buhi, Bula, Iriga City, and Nabua. Customers residing outside these areas are not eligible to avail of ePasuyo’s services. This geographical limitation ensures that we maintain the quality and efficiency of our operations within our serviceable locations. Any future expansion to the other areas will be duly announced, and the Terms of Service will be updated accordingly.
2. Refund Policy Exceptions
All sales made through ePasuyo are final. However, exceptions may be made in specific circumstances. If an item is not available at the store, our Control team will contact the customer via SMS or phone call to inform them of the unavailability and make necessary adjustments to the order. Refunds will be issued to the customer’s original payment method, but an online bank transfer fee will apply. In cases of damaged or incorrect items delivered, customers may file a report through our Contact Us page at https://epasuyo.com/cs-portal/. ePasuyo will mediate with the Vendor Partner to seek a mutually agreeable resolution between the customer and the vendor. However, ePasuyo Management shall not be held liable for any damages or disputes arising from such situations.
3. Product Availability Adjustments
If adjustments in payment are required due to product unavailability, customers will receive refunds or credits if the alternative product or service costs less than the original order. Customers are not allowed to select a replacement product unless they first pay the price difference for the alternative. This policy ensures the adjustments are handled fairly and transparently, while maintaining efficient processing or orders.
4. VIP Membership Benefits
ePasuyo VIP Members enjoy exclusive privileges designed to enhance their experience. These benefits include exclusive discounts on every order, 3% cashback on food delivery transactions when using the EP Wallet as the payment method, priority transaction processing to reduce waiting times, and access to exclusive perks offered by our Vendor Partners. These perks are designed to provide additional value and convenience to our loyal members. Membership terms and updates will be communicated to all VIP members periodically.
5. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for customer convenience:
- EP Wallet (ePasuyo Digital Wallet)
- GCash
- Online Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Card via PayPal
Customers are encouraged to select the payment method that best suits their needs. Additional transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method used, as outlined in the relevant sections of this document.
6. Delivery Location Accuracy and Fee Adjustments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order. If a customer pins or specifies an incorrect delivery location that leads to a discrepancy in the delivery fee, the customer agrees to pay the additional cost incurred due to this discrepancy. The assigned Pasuyo Warrior reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the order until the customer settles the additional fee. Refusal to pay the cost difference may result in the non-delivery of the order, and the company shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from such refusal.
7. Official Receipt
ePasuyo customers can manually request the original receipt of their transaction by visiting this link: https://epasuyo.com/request-or/. If the customer requires the original Official Receipt to be delivered, applicable fees may apply.
8. Management Rights and Operational Suspension
ePasuyo Management reserves the right to refuse service to any customer and to suspend operations at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, situations arising from natural disasters, technical failures, power outages, strikes, or any other force majeure events beyond our control. Such measures are taken to protect the interests of both our customers and our operations.
9. Surcharges
Surcharges may apply under specific circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, limited availability of riders, and deliveries involving oversized or overweight packages. Customers will be notified of any additional charges before order confirmation, ensuring full transparency in billing.
10. Payment Policy
Full payment must be made before the completion of any customer’s order. This ensures that ePasuyo can process and fulfill orders efficiently. Orders with incomplete payment will not be processed until the balance is settled.
11. Affiliate Program Terms
Affiliate Members of ePasuyo are entitled to earn commission based on valid referral transactions. Affiliates can view their earnings through the Affiliate Portal by logging into their accounts. Any person of legal age is eligible to join the Affiliate Program, and participation is free of charge. However, fraudulent referrals or misuse of the program will result it immediate disqualification and suspension of the affiliate account. ePasuyo reserves the right to audit and investigate any suspected misuse to maintain the integrity of the program.
12. EP Wallet Transactions
For transactions involving the EP Wallet, ePasuyo reserves the right to charge fees for specific actions, such as wallet top-ups and money transfers. The minimum cash-in amount is PHP100, with fees as follows: 5% for debit/credit card top-ups and 2% for GCash and Online Bank Transfer top-ups. While there is no limit in the number of transactions, users are encouraged to use the wallet responsibly. EP Wallet users can also earn commissions by referring new visitors and account signups to our platform.

14. Changes to the Terms of Service
ePasuyo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Customers will be informed of any changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By availing of ePasuyo’s services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
